After the success of the dubbed Hindi versions of Disney’s The Jungle Book and Captain America: Civil War, writer Mayur Puri has written the dialogues for the Hindi version of Finding Dory, the sequel to the animation film Finding Nemo. This is Puri’s third project with Disney.
Confirms Puri, "Finding Dory is a special film because like its prequel it deals with our biggest fear - the loss of loved ones. When I was a little kid, I was lost in a fair for a few minutes and I still remember the roller coaster ride of emotions I went through upon losing and then finding my family.” Finding Dory according to him has oodles of humour, adventure, outstanding dialogues and drama and edge of the seat action.
And he adds, “It has been a joyride to bring Dory, Nemo and a host of new characters to life. I am extremely proud of the Hindi version which keeps the essence of the original intact but can be related to by the Indian audience. We have worked very hard on the script and the dubbing director Eliza Lewis has roped in some of the country's best voice over experts for this project.”
The film releases in IMAX and 3D on June 17 in English and Hindi.
