The epic Battle of Saragarhi (12, August, 1897) is being brought to
screen by actor-director-producer Ajay Devgn who has launched the
poster of his film Sons of Sardaar, The Battle of Saragarhi.
As per reports, the film will be made on a massive scale with an international cast and crew. The battle was fought between The British Indian Army including more than 20 Sikh fighters of the 36th Sikhs and the Afghan Orakzai tribes. Saragarhi now in Pakistan was a small village in Kohat district on the Samana Range.
The film is set to hit the floors soon after the finalisation of the rest of the cast.
