With the genes, Prateik shines on stage

Actor Prateik Babbar’s has the genes. Son of the late Smita Patil, a versatile actress having dabbled in films and theatre, it's obvious that Prateik won't disappoint. And here we go: His play, Six staged at the Jeff Goldberg Studio (Mumbai), had the audiences spellbound.

Prateik plays a gay in the play and has won laurels for his act. Written and directed by Jeff Goldberg with assistant director Vishal Handa, Six, inspired from LB Hamilton's A Midnight Clear revolves around two former lovers, who didn't connect since ages before a pathetic incident brings them together. Keeping in mind the positive response to the play, Six would be staged in the second week of September at the NCPA in Mumbai.
