What happens when a versatile actor and a new-age star come
together on screen? You expect magic and for sure Nawazuddin Siddiqui
and Tiger Shroff won't let you down as they join hands for Munna Michael directed by Sabbir Khan and produced by Viki Rajani.
Tiger who stepped in before, now has Nawazuddin as company. Isn't it a casting coup of a sort? Rumored to play a character with shades of grey, but with a twist Nawaz in his new avatar, will come to audiences as a major surprise.
When contacted Nawaz said, "I am happy to be working with the talented Sabbir Khan who has already given two big hits at the Box Office. Munna Michael has a wonderful script. I'm looking forward to starting shooting soon." According to Sabbir, "I have always been a huge fan of Nawaz's body of work and was looking for an opportunity to work with him. The character in the film is extremely complex and layered."
Adds Viki, "This particular role is tailor-made for Nawazuddin Siddiqui. We are excited to have him join the cast of Munna Michael. He has a pivotal role in the film and the scenes with Tiger are going to be a major treat for audiences".
The romantic musical is all set to go on floors in September and is the third Sabbir-Tiger collaboration after Heropanti and Baaghi.
